Since the early days of launching our first company and website, we’ve tried A LOT of different online products to get to the stage we’re at now; hundreds and hundreds of hours spent researching and tweaking various aspects of our business.

Below you will find a list of resources and products we recommend checking out and incorporating into your life and business. While some of them are affiliate links, which means we will get a commission if you decide to buy, it won’t cost you any extra. That’s a pretty good trade for the amount of time and money we’ve spent researching and testing, to then recommend products we love! And again, it’s at no additional cost to you. Enjoy:

Website Domain and Hosting:

Having your own website is incredibly important in the success of your business. In order to have a website, you will need a domain name and then you will need to pay for hosting which is the space or data your site will take up on a server. The domain is the URL link that people enter to get to your website. (Ours is for example) Professionals buy their own domain(s) and also pay for hosting, typically done with wordpress and a custom theme. There are cheap alternatives that are great for when you’re just starting out such as, however they aren’t very SEO friendly or professional AND your website will have the company’s branding in the layout of your site in most cases.

Most professionals use wordpress to run their website. There are literally hundreds of options to choose from for buying a domain and hosting your wordpress website and we always recommend you doing your own research, but we really like Bluehost:

Email marketing:

Every successful blogger, or internet entrepreneur keeps track of all the traffic that comes to their website. One of the ways they handle sending out information such as new blog posts, or product offers to their audience is with email marketing. Being able to track all of the emails and send the right people the right information is very important. We use Aweber for our email marketing.

Selling Digital Products:

Clickbank is the world’s largest internet provider of digital products. They are an internet retailer allowing manufacturers to sell their products & digital marketers to promote them. Affiliate marketing is a little more challenging to pull off successfully, but it can be a great way to make passive income. Clickbank has products in almost every category you can think of.

Shopify is an extremely popular e-commerce solution. They manage everything! It couldn’t be easier. They handle the website domain, hosting the website, hosting the product, listing the product, payment processing, customer tracking and much more. If you’re not a technical person, or don’t want to spend time building websites from scratch, managing hosting, delivering products or setting up payment processing, then Shopify is a really great option that we would recommend. People make millions of dollars by utilizing what Shopify has to offer.

A sales funnel is what’s used to bring a potential customer down a ‘funnel’ or through a series of webpages with various offers and information which ultimately provides a professional look, optimized workflow and a proven way to increase sales. Clickfunnels is a company that makes it very easy to create sales funnels. You can create website pages easily that can be built quickly without needing much technical knowledge. 10’s of thousands of people who sell products or courses online have switched to have their sales website page funnels be optimized with Clickfunnels because of how quick and easy it is.
